01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of Adhi Studio (“Adhi Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, editor, APIs, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement and be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organisation or community, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02

What Adhi Studio provides

Adhi Studio is a visual tool for creating, previewing, saving, and sending Discord Components V2 messages. Features may include reusable projects and templates, media uploads, Discord bot connections, channel discovery, authorised emoji imports, interaction actions, send history, data export, and account deletion.

Discord remains the final renderer and delivery platform. A preview may differ slightly from Discord’s current client, and successful delivery depends on Discord availability, permissions, API rules, and the configuration of your bot and server.

03

Your account and credentials

You sign in through Discord OAuth and are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep your Discord account, browser session, bot tokens, and recovery methods secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your Adhi Studio account or a connected bot has been compromised.

Only connect bot accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Never provide a Discord user token. Automated user accounts, self-bots, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass Discord’s platform controls are prohibited.

04

Discord rules and permissions

Your use of Discord through Adhi Studio must comply with Discord’s applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, API documentation, and server rules. You are responsible for choosing appropriate bot permissions and ensuring that recipients have consented to or can reasonably expect the messages you send.

Mention controls reduce accidental notifications but do not replace good judgement. Do not use user, role, @everyone, or@here mentions for harassment, unsolicited mass alerts, spam, or deceptive engagement.

05

Your content and uploads

You retain ownership of message text, project data, templates, media, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service or comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content. Uploaded files are served from public asset URLs; do not upload secrets, private records, authentication credentials, or media that you are not authorised to distribute. Deleting your account does not remove messages already delivered to Discord.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate abuse;
  • send spam, scams, malware, phishing content, or unwanted bulk messages;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, or endanger any person or community;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or evade Service safeguards;
  • access another person’s account, bot, server, content, or data without permission;
  • misrepresent affiliation, impersonate others, or manipulate platform metrics; or
  • use the Service in a way that exposes us or others to security or legal risk.

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit features, revoke bot connections, suspend accounts, or preserve information where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal rights.

07

Our service and intellectual property

The Service, its original software, visual design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as provided; they do not transfer ownership. Discord names, marks, APIs, and client designs belong to Discord and its licensors. Adhi Studio is not Discord and is not endorsed by Discord unless expressly stated otherwise.

08

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Discord, Vercel, and Turso/libSQL. Their services and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, account actions, content moderation, or decisions. You authorise us to exchange the information required to perform actions you request through those services.

09

Changes, availability, and beta features

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, improve the product, or respond to operational constraints. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Back up important projects using the export tools provided in Settings.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Settings. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, threatened Service security, or if providing the Service is no longer practical. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive termination.

11

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for reviewing payloads, recipients, channels, permissions, mentions, and content before sending. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, communities, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13

General terms and contact

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service. If part of them is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation, transfer, or sale of the Service.

Applicable law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the new effective date here; material changes may also be announced in the Service.
